My Windows Updates says there is two available important updates, when downloaded and installed, Windows Update says Some updates were not installed. Failed: 2 updates. Code Windows Update encountered an unknown error. Service Pack 2 provides the latest updates to the Microsoft Office Suite. This update provides the Junk E-mail Filter in Microsoft Office Outlook with a more current definition of which e-mail messages should be considered junk e-mail.

I respectfully ask for a known solution, not what you think will solve the problem. Thanks in advance to who ever can solve this issue. When your system is booted in a clean boot - run one update at a time from the folder you have them downloaded to. After completing the updates or working on the updates return your system to a normal working state, by following the clean boot process above, but enable the services where disable were selected earlier.
